2. Services Offered

OfferUnlocked provides the following interview preparation services:

• Practice Sessions ($30/slot): Personalized lessons and practice with expert feedback
• Intensive Coaching ($50/slot): Comprehensive lessons and focused practice sessions
• Mock Interview Sessions ($75/slot): Realistic interview simulations with detailed feedback

Note: One "slot" equals 30 minutes of scheduled service time.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. All bookings must be made through our official communication channels (WhatsApp or as specified on our website).

3.2. Payment must be completed in advance to confirm your booking.

3.3. We accept payments through RazorPay payment gateway. All payment information is processed securely.

3.4. Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with prior notice.

3.5. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.

4. Scheduling and Availability

4.1. Practice Sessions are available only on weekends.

4.2. Intensive Coaching and Mock Interview Sessions are available at times convenient to both parties, subject to instructor availability.

4.3. You must arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.

4.4. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to instructor unavailability or technical issues, with advance notice when possible.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for detailed information regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
• Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials provided
• Have a stable internet connection and appropriate device for online sessions
• Participate actively and professionally during sessions
• Not record sessions without prior written consent
• Not share or distribute any materials provided during sessions

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content, materials, and resources provided during our services remain the intellectual property of OfferUnlocked and our instructors.

7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without our written permission.

7.3. Practice problems, solutions, and coaching materials are provided for your personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. OfferUnlocked provides interview preparation services but does not guarantee employment or interview success.

8.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8.4. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end, including internet connectivity, device malfunctions, or software compatibility issues.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm our instructors or staff
