At OfferUnlocked, we strive to provide high-quality interview preparation services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all our services.
Please read this policy carefully before booking any service. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Service Packages
This policy applies to all our service packages:
- Practice Session: $30 per slot (30 minutes)
- Intensive Coaching: $50 per slot (30 minutes)
- Mock Interview Session: $75 per slot (30 minutes)
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Cancellation/Rescheduling 24+ Hours Before Session
✓ Full Refund or Free Rescheduling
If you cancel or request to reschedule your session at least 24 hours (or more) before the scheduled time:
- 100% refund of the session fee, OR
- Free rescheduling to a mutually convenient time
- No cancellation charges apply
3.2 Cancellation/Rescheduling on Same Day (Less than 24 Hours)
⚠ $30 Cancellation Fee
If you cancel or request to reschedule your session on the same day (less than 24 hours before the scheduled time):
- $30 cancellation fee will be deducted
- Remaining amount will be refunded
- Applicable to all service packages
Example: For a Mock Interview Session ($75), you will receive a refund of $45 ($75 - $30 cancellation fee)
3.3 Technical Issues or No-Show
⚠ 50% Charges Apply
In the following circumstances, 50% of the session fee will be charged:
- Technical issues on your end: If you cannot attend due to internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or software issues on your side
- No-show: If you fail to attend the scheduled session without prior notice
- Late cancellation without notice: Cancelling within 1 hour of the scheduled session
50% of the session fee will be refunded; the remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation charge
4. Refund Processing Timeline
All approved refunds will be processed according to the following timeline:
- Refund Initiation: Within 2-3 business days of cancellation approval
- Payment Gateway Processing: 3-5 business days (processed by RazorPay)
- Bank Credit: 5-7 business days from refund initiation
Total Timeframe: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account from the date of cancellation.
Note: The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank's processing times. In some cases, it may take up to 14 business days.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Credit/Debit Card: Credited back to the same card
- UPI: Credited to the linked bank account
- Net Banking: Credited to the source account
- Wallet: Credited to the same wallet
We cannot process refunds to a different payment method than the one originally used.
6. Rescheduling Procedures
6.1 How to Request Rescheduling
To reschedule your session:
- Contact us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your scheduled session
- Provide your booking reference number
- Suggest 2-3 alternative time slots
- Wait for confirmation of the new schedule
6.2 Rescheduling Limits
- Free rescheduling is allowed once per booking (if done 24+ hours in advance)
- Second and subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a $15 administrative fee
- Sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking date
7. Cancellations by OfferUnlocked
7.1 Instructor Unavailability
If we need to cancel your session due to instructor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances:
- We will notify you at least 12 hours in advance (when possible)
- You will receive a full 100% refund, OR
- Free rescheduling to your preferred time slot, OR
- A 10% discount on your next booking as an apology
7.2 Technical Issues on Our End
If technical problems on our side prevent the session from being conducted:
- Full refund of the session fee
- Free rescheduling with priority booking
- Complimentary 15-minute extension on the rescheduled session
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Sessions that have already been completed
- Dissatisfaction with the service after completion (feedback should be provided during or immediately after the session)
- Changes in your interview schedule or personal circumstances after the session has been conducted
- Failure to attend due to reasons not communicated to us
- Requests made more than 7 days after the session has been completed
9. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel your booking and request a refund:

- Provide your booking reference number and payment transaction ID
- State the reason for cancellation
- Choose between refund or rescheduling (if eligible)
- We will confirm the cancellation and refund amount within 24 hours
- Refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days
10. Package Bookings (Multiple Sessions)
If you book multiple sessions as a package:
- Individual sessions can be cancelled according to the standard policy
- If you cancel the entire package before the first session (24+ hours notice), full refund will be provided
- Package discounts will be recalculated if partial cancellations are made
- Unused sessions in a package can be refunded if requested before the package expiry date (30 days from first session)
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about a cancellation or refund:
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email
- Provide complete details of your booking and the issue
- We will investigate and respond within 2-3 business days
- If the issue cannot be resolved, you may escalate to our senior management
We are committed to fair and reasonable resolutions for all disputes.
12. Payment Gateway Charges
Please note:
- Payment gateway charges (if any) deducted during the original transaction are non-refundable
- Refund amounts may be slightly less than the original payment due to gateway processing fees
- International transaction charges (if applicable) will not be refunded
13. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Bookings made before policy changes will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking.
